Camp Willing to Consider CVD Legislation

On January 25, 2012, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) issued a statement in response to the December 19, 2011 Federal Circuit Court of Appeals decision to uphold an earlier Court of International Trade (CIT) determination that U.S. Countervailing Duty (CVD) laws cannot apply to non-market economies (NMEs).
