Peterson Institute Report on Doha Calls for “Grand Bargain” to Move Forward; Recommends Immediate Action on Duty-Free Quota-Free

In May 2012, the Peterson Institute for International Economics published a report “Will the World Trade Organization Enjoy a Bright Future?” which suggests the best way to pick up the pieces from the Doha Development Round is to pursue a “grand-bargain.”
